Delivery and Returns
UK DELIVERIES
Standard orders are processed between 1-3 business days. This does not apply to bespoke and personalised artworks which varies depending on the particular product – for these orders we will contact you once you have placed your order to confirm when you will receive your artwork proof.
We package all unframed A4 & A3 / 30x40cm prints flat in a protective card backed sleeve and reinforced envelope. All unframed 40x50cm prints are rolled in a robust cardboard tube.
We send all parcels via Royal Mail. You will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked.
Free UK TRACKED 48 Delivery is offered for all orders. We give the option for Special Delivery by 1pm – a next day service – this is £7.50. When an order for non-personalised items is placed with Special Delivery, the items are printed, then dispatched on the following day.
Royal Mail advises delivery for TRACKED 48 services can be up to 3-5 working days.
DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED STATES
We are pleased to be able to send items to the US. We charge £9.50 for these parcels. You will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked.
DELIVERIES TO EU COUNTRIES
Unfortunately, due to retrictions, we do not currently ship to countries within the EU or Northern Ireland.
Import Duties and Customs:
When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
RETURNS
All artworks are printed on-demand. We accept exchanges and refunds for non-personalised prints. Personalised/Bespoke prints are non-refundable.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
If anything arrives with you damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us straight away at hello@placesandspacesartco.com and we will resolve it right away.
